Last Updated: July 6, 2026

Welcome to The MotherLoad Collective. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before purchasing our trainings, accessing our website, or using our services. By downloading our guides, purchasing our products, enrolling in our workshops, or participating in our professional trainings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Educational and Consulting Disclaimer

FOR INFORMATIONAL AND CONSULTING PURPOSES ONLY; NOT THERAPY

The information provided on this website, as well as any workshops, professional trainings, consulting, or coaching services offered by The MotherLoad Collective, is for educational, informational, and professional development purposes only. Although our founders and facilitators are licensed mental health professionals and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Providers (PMH-C), The MotherLoad Collective is not acting in a clinical capacity. We do not provide psychotherapy, medical diagnosis, mental health counseling, or medical treatment through this website, our digital products, or our training services.

  • No Professional Relationship: Utilizing this website, submitting an inquiry, enrolling in a workshop, or engaging in our training services does not create a therapist-patient or clinical relationship between you and The MotherLoad Collective or any of its facilitators.

  • Not a Substitute for Care: Our educational services are entirely separate from clinical mental health practice and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

  • Emergency Situations: If you require mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or medical advice, please consult with a licensed healthcare provider in your area. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 (in the US) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

2. Continuing Education (CE) Board Approval Disclaimer

The MotherLoad Collective has been approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7725. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.

  • Participant Responsibility: While our trainings are designed to meet NBCC standards and requirements for maintaining a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), continuing education and licensing requirements vary significantly by state, country, and local governing board. It remains the sole responsibility of the participant to verify and confirm if their specific local licensing board accepts these credits prior to purchasing or completing the training. The MotherLoad Collective makes no guarantees of acceptance by individual state boards.

3. Intellectual Property and Limited Licensing

All materials, including but not limited to videos, frameworks, slide decks, workbooks, graphics, text, and downloadable resources provided by The MotherLoad Collective, are protected by intellectual property laws. Your usage rights depend strictly on the track purchased:

  • Personal Use (Moms & Families Workshops): Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, copy, or distribute these materials for professional use.

  • Professional Use (Clinical Trainings): Your purchase includes a limited license to utilize our advanced clinical frameworks in your practice, alongside a lifetime license to copy and print designated client digital downloads and worksheets directly for use with your active clients. Redelivery, resale, commercial reproduction, or white-labeling these materials as your own independent training curriculum is strictly prohibited.

4. No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability

  • Variable Outcomes: Results from our workshops, trainings, and clinical resources vary depending on individual and organizational efforts, implementation, and unique circumstances. No specific professional, clinical, financial, or personal outcomes are guaranteed.

  • Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility for your personal, business, and professional decisions.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, The MotherLoad Collective, its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website, materials, or training services.

4.2 Professional Responsibility and Liability Insurance

If you are a mental health professional, counselor, social worker, or healthcare provider participating in our clinical trainings, you acknowledge and agree that you are operating solely under your own professional license and credentials.

    • Independent Professional Judgment: You maintain full, exclusive responsibility for the care, clinical decisions, assessment, and treatment of your clients. The incorporation of any frameworks, worksheets, or methodologies learned from The MotherLoad Collective into your practice is done at your own professional discretion.

    • Insurance Requirement: By purchasing our professional trainings or utilizing our clinical resources, you warrant that you maintain independent, active professional liability (malpractice) insurance in accordance with the standards of your profession and jurisdiction. The MotherLoad Collective assumes no liability for clinical outcomes, ethical complaints, or malpractice claims arising from your independent practice.
